Not domineering is not nothing, and, submitting to non-dominance is also not nothing. Leadership is played to the pain or it is domineering. Leadership is by the consent of consenters or it is domineering. Consent is explicit or it is nothing. Leading-but-non-dominantly is a tightrope and I fall on the side of under-leading cowardice, sub-holocratic avoidance, deflective pseudo-democracy..
A thing must be led. There is no leadership without orientation - only hollowed hopes to servant-lead. There is no hierarchy in zero gravity, no up, no down, no fall, no rise. Leader + first-follower + those-in-their-charge tumble as a three body problem through a cold bitter void.

I may be not-domineering, but I pretend to be humble.
I am not humble ~ worthlessness ≠ humility;
I am not humble ~ weakness ≠ meekness.
I am not humble ~ I am devoured (1Pt5v7-8)

be examples in the plural, in many ways, at many times, be multiple, be multi-personal, be an example of exemplary multi-personal non-dominance, be a leadership team
be a marriage as a fractal of the universe
be a picture of non-pointless submission
be hope that life is not nothing
be direction without domineering directives
be invitation
be an example of every good thing.
